Barney is quite the softy. Loves nothing better than to give lots of cuddles and always lets
me know he's around. He has a good temperament with a friendly & outgoing nature,
although can be reserved around strangers. He also enjoys playing with his plush toys and
has a natural love of swimming. If his wading pool isn't available then a bucket will do!!
STOP PRESS: Barney places 4th in the Intermediate class amongst quality
competition at the Australian Shepherd Club of Victoria Championship Show in October
2010 under judge Mrs Valerie Gervais from Canada!!!
2011 is off to a flying start with a Runner Up Best of Breed at his first show of the year.
Since then Barney has done a complete coat dump and is now (in June) starting to re-grow
it and I hope to be back in the conformation ring around August.
Barney has now commenced Tracking and is showing a natural ability for this discipline, I
also hope to continue his Obedience training this year.
